Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Niagara Falls

Very good Hotel for a little price. More than you can imagine. Okay, breakfast is quite little, but what you can espect at that price, and it is something. Some sounds comes trough the ceiling, but not that much. Helpful staff. Would go again. Falls are quite faraway, but you have here also Lot of Restaurants for a walk away.

We had one of the studio rooms which exceeded my expectations. The room was quiet and very clean, the bed was comfortable, my kid said the pull out bed was also comfortable, and there's a surprising amount of storage if you want to unpack your things. There's even a microwave in the studio rooms, along with the coffee pot and fridge. I appreciate that breakfast is included with your stay, it was simple but tasty and kept stocked. Staff was friendly and Robert was great with my kids at breakfast. We stay in the area for a yearly event and will definitely stay here again next year!

Great place to stay with reasonable price. I stayed here for 3 nights. Check in was easy and staff was friendly. Room was cleaned. Lots of fast food near the hotel. There was 250$ deposit when checking in but they are very fast with refunding deposit after checking in. You can check out late for $10 extra with every hour which was also good. Overall it was a great stay.

This place was a great place to stay since it’s very close to many places. Niagara Falls was just a few minutes away and there is an outlet mall just 5 minutes away. The room was clean and staff also were Very nice. Robert excelled in making the customers feel welcome. He talked to the kids so friendly and funny. He took such great care of the people. Especially in the dining room. He’s just a wonderful asset to this place. Thank you for making our experience unforgettable.

Very comfortable stay. Very quiet. Very clean. Very reasonable rates. It is a well kept property with friendly staff. Ample free parking. Location near attractions and numerous restaurants. We stayed here 4 nights as we toured Niagara Falls. Made a short trip down to Buffalo to visit the Martin House as well. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again next time we are in the area.

I am pleasantly surprised by this hotel, I booked it last minute on a whim while in the area. The hotel is nice, modern, and clean. They are great at the little things that are often overlooked, like the AC can be set to below 60, so I was able to get the room nice and cool, many other hotels restrict the climate controls. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The shower is nice, great pressure, and I love the shampoo and body wash bottles built into the shower, likewise it has a soap dispenser near the sink so you don't need to bother with those annoying bar soaps. My Queen Deluxe room felt a little on the small side but it had everything I needed for the night, and most importantly was clean and tidy. Personal preference, I wished it had more pillows, there where three pillows on the bed to share between two of us. A fourth pillow would have been great but that is just a preference. If anything to complain about, it was the breakfast. The breakfast area is cramped and limited in selection, their hot items were scrambled eggs, pancakes, and sausage links. I liked the sausage but not the rest. Still, many other hotels do worse with breakfast or often don't have one at all, so I'm still satisfied. There is a ton of great food in the area too so I viewed this as just a bonus to hold me over in the morning while staying in. Anyway, overall it was a great experience and I'd gladly stay again.

From the moment we checked in our experience was great. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. 24 hour coffee was nice. Wish they had a coffeemaker in the room was my only negative about out overnight stay. Close to restaurants.

Great value, clean, modern. Nice having fridge, microwave in room. Comfortable beds. Check in was easy and friendly customer service agent. Great location for shopping trip location around the area.
